My most recent painting “One Fine Animal” plays tribute to one of the most interesting animals nature has even known- the majestic and powerful elephant. I painted this acrylic on an oversized deep canvas. The fun part was adding lots of layers and sanding in between each layer, giving a silky smooth look and feel to the painting.
